Tera Natura was an original concept that was intended to explore emergent live-map, augmented reality gaming. Aliens are returning to Earth to terraform it, and we have to prevent that from happening. Using your phone's camera to view the world, the app would superimpose aliens and their tech on and around real-world objects. We'd create safe virtual waypoints where you could meet up with other people and work together to defeat aliens, collect items/assets and reclaim territory, or you could simply go on solo adventures.

Not long after this doc was completed, Google announced it was releasing an augmented reality game that sounded extremely similar to this, so we scrapped the idea. (I don't think our little team could quite compete with what turned out to be Ingress.) And, yes, "Tera" with one "R" was an intentional play on the word "terra" and a nod to the technological nature of the aliens and the game tech.
